Ties:
   A GPS marker was installed under the quadropod but time (and weather) did not allow us to actually estimate offset of the point from the antenna reference point. Also, few hundred meters south of the point is a marker from Geodetic Survey of Iceland, and another good point from the Icelandic Road Administration is located few hundred meters east of the station. Tie measurements are scheduled for summer 2007.
Notes:
   GPS site was installed by Sigrún Hreinsdóttir and Thorgils Ingvarsson August 10th 2006.    The station gets it power from the Meteorological office, 1 km south of the station. There were some inital problems with the power causing few data gaps at the station.
