Hotel Information

Conference participants will stay at the Hampton Inn. We have made a block booking for rooms sufficient to accommodate all participants. Because of conference budget limitations all participants will be asked to share rooms (2 queen sized beds). If you have a room-mate preference please let us know-otherwise we will assign you a roommate. If you would prefer a single room to yourself we may be able to arrange this on a first-come first serve and space available basis. Participants would pay the single supplement cost directly to the hotel, which we estimate will be $36.00/night plus tax.

Hotel Directions

The Hampton Inn is located in the valley of the Shenandoah, right off I- 66 on 340 south (also 522 south). Make a right into the parking lot of McDonald's and continue to the Hampton Inn. The hotel is nestled in the corner. From I-66 West, exit 6 to 340 south. The hotel is on the right. The nearest major airport is Washington DC (IAD-Dulles).
