| About myself: | | I play tennis, snow and water ski, horseback ride, and run. I enjoy
traveling around the world during my vacations, seeing different countries,
their people, and culture. I also enjoy camping in the national forests
(especially in Sequoia and Yosemite). I was born in London, England where I
lived for the first eleven years of my life, before moving to the states.
While living in Europe, I had fun traveling to many different places. I also
speak french and greek and am interested in international affairs and
diplomacy. I plan on going to law school this year in order to eventually
become an international lawyer. |
| My goals for NSC 105: | | I hope that this class will educate me scientifically to the point that I
will be scientifically competent in everyday life. For example, if there is an
earthquake, it would be nice to know what caused it etc... While I do not plan
on a technical occupation, I agree that it is important that I am able to at
least know what the science articles in the USA Today are talking about. I
think this class will get me where I need to be. |
