At your Spring Break destination (here in Tucson if that is your destination) locate a piece of NATURAL VEGETATION. Take a digital photograph of it and email palynolo@geo.arizona.edu it to me for use in NATS 104.

Up to 10 points will be awarded for

The digital photograph
A statement from you stating that it was taken by you, and a statement giving me permission to use the photograph
A statement specifying where and when the photograph was taken
1. The place name: country, state, county, elevation, longitude, latitude as much information as possible
2. The Latin name (e.g., Larrea tridentata) of one plant shown in the photograph
3. the name of the biome or ecoregion shown in the photograph (see the National Atlas in workshop 8)
